Stress management course

A smaller group of students will meet three times to learn more about what stress is and how to handle it.
The course is based on CBT techniques and mindfulness.

Dates: 6 November, 13 November and 20 November (Wednesdays)
Time: 14:00–16:30
Place: the Student Health Centre

If you sign up, you are expected to attend all three sessions.
The number of seats is limited, so if you are interested in participating or if you have any questions, please send an email to asa [dot] probert [at] stu [dot] lu [dot] se as soon as possible.

Procrastination group

Do you have problems with procrastination?
The Student Health Centre is starting a procrastination group for international students. The group is intended for students who have difficulty organising, or repeatedly postpone, their studies. The purpose of the group is to work together to reduce procrastination and receive support in behavioural change.

The group meets every week on Thursdays 15:00–16:30 at the Student Health Centre.

You can apply to join the Procrastination Group by sending an email to malin [dot] kisro [at] stu [dot] lu [dot] se.
We will then contact you with more information and let you know whether there is a place in the group or you have been placed on a waiting list until a place is available.

Mindfulness course

Do you want to find out more about what mindfulness is and how it can benefit you? Come join our introduction course!

Dates: 14 October, 21 October, 28 October and 4 November (Mondays)
Time: 14:30–16:00
Place: the Student Health Centre

The course is free of charge but places are limited. Moreover, it is important to be able to attend all 4 classes!
