Student Health Counselling
Student health counselling
The Student Health Centre offers counselling to Lund University students. Our staff work primarily with psychological problems that affect your ability to study, such as stress, worry, anxiety, depression, transitional issues and/or academic difficulties. This is in addition to other public and private health clinics where you can go for general medical issues, sexual health and contraception.
All information shared by you with our staff is held in the strictest confidence and is not communicated to anyone without your permission, except in the rare instance of a life-threatening situation.
Meet with a counsellor
You can book a first meeting with one of our counsellors via our web form. In this first meeting, we will discuss what kind of difficulties or problems you are experiencing and together we will look at the way forward.
Click on the link below to book an appointment via our webform. Look for an available time slot first: click on "senast den" (at the latest) and choose a date approximately three weeks from today. You will then see all available time slots for the selected weeks. Fill in your contact details and your phone number if you have found a time that suits you. If you don't see any time slots, this means that there are no available time slots for the time being. Can't you find a time slot? Try again the next day.
The first meeting always works in the same way, regardless of the counsellor you book an appointment with.
Book an appointment via our web form on lu.se
All meetings booked through this link will be in English.
The web form is in Swedish, however. Find instructions in English here (PDF 18 kB, opens in a new window)
Personal data sent via open networks
The personal data that is transferred from the web form to the Student Health medical records system is encrypted and will not be saved anywhere else. The confirmation email is sent automatically and is not encrypted. It only mentions time and place, and not who you are going to meet.
Please accept the script if your browser requests it. Otherwise, the website may not be fully functional.
